(PGDM/MBA/M. Tech from a Tier two college preferred)
Experience: Minimum  8 (Eight) years of IT experience with at least 3 to 4 years in the Banking Industry in a similar profile. Should have team managing experience for 1 to 2 years
4. Zonal Head (A-Zone Comprises Of 3-4 Clusters ) across the North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time. 5 Any Graduation from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in banking with at least 3 years as a Cluster/Zonal/Area/Region Head or equivalent in other Banks.
Should be responsible for looking after a minimum of 20 Bank branch offices and approximately 200 Office staff members. Shall be responsible for overall business growth (both Asset and Liability),
5. Cluster Business Manager (A Cluster Comprises Of 6-8 Branches ), The North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time. 22 Any Graduation from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in sales/branch operations. Should possess excellent knowledge of banking products & processes with team handling experience.
Preference will be on leadership quality in leading a team of 75-100 staff members
6. Branch Head The North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time. 30 Any Graduation from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Branch Operations with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking. Should be responsible for overall branch performance both Asset and Liability as well as Recovery for which knack of leading from the front as well as a 360-degree view of branch operations is required
7. Area Credit Manager The North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time. 17 Any Graduation from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Management/Finance preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in credit underwriting, and credit administration. Will be responsible for overall underwriting of proposals within the geographical jurisdiction. Also will be responsible for credit administration relating to portfolio management.
8. Credit Executive The North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time. 17 Graduation in Finance or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of credit underwriting. Primary responsibility will be the communication of credit queries, observation to branches, coordinating between different stakeholders, preparing Credit appraisal memo, and presenting the case to Area Credit Manager
